Terms and conditions
All classes begin on time. Out of respect the instructor, fellow clients and with consideration for your safety, our instructors reserve the right to refuse you participating in the class should you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class commences.
Classes run for a total on 45 minutes and are limited to 7 clients.
Grip socks must be worn at all times when on the reformer for hygiene and safety purposes.
For your safety and out of courtesy to the instructor and fellow clients, mobile phones are not to be used during class.
All reformers and equipment are cleaned with antibacterial wipes after each use.
You are required to make your instructor aware of any injuries you may be carrying prior to the class commencing.
Clients must be 18 years of age.
Pregnant clients are able to attend classes up to 16 weeks gestation. Beyond this a 1:1 session must be booked to determine your suitability to attend classes.
Purchase policy
Payment must be made prior to attending classes via MindBody or in the studio.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients.
The introductory offer and 1:1 introductory session are both 1 time offers available to new clients only.
The introductory offer and class packs are valid from the day the first class is attended, not the date of purchase.
Memberships will be deducted via direct debit from your nominated bank account every fortnight, for a minimum of 3 months or 6 billing cycles, beginning at the date of purchase.
Cancellation + no show policy
No fee applies for cancellations made more than 9 hours prior prior to the start of the reserved class.
Cancellations made within 9 hours of the class start time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
This policy exists to ensure clients who are on the waitlist are given sufficient notice to attend their desired class.
Clients who fail to attend their reserved class will be charged as if they attended the class.
Refund Policy
All class packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Memberships are for a minimum of 3 months and are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Exceptions will only be granted on medical grounds. A medical certificate must be provided.
